- We do our best to provide up-front pricing but due to fluctuation of industry prices, our prices are subject to change at any time.

- We are unable to service anyone that has any henna color in their hair. No exceptions.
- Multi-hour color services require a $100 non-refundable deposit due at booking. (applied to your service total)
- Brazilian blowout, color corrections, vivid and extreme blonding appointments require a $100 deposit due at booking. (applied to your service total)
- Please help us to keep all our talented stylists booked by providing 72-24 hr. notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Customers that do not provide adequate notice before cancelling or rescheduling, and we are not able to fill their appointment time, could be charged a $25 fee for 1 hr. service or lose deposit for multi-hour service.
- If you are unhappy with your service, please notify management within 24 hrs. of your service, we do not offer refunds on services.
