If you are not happy with your results, please contact our salon within 24 hours of your service. There are no refunds for services received. Unused retail may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, used product will be credited to your account. A deposit is required for new clients requesting multi-hour appts that include color services and high demand Master Stylists and Educators. Hourly services such as color corrections, vivids, extreme blonding, and Brazilian Blowouts require a deposit for each booking.
We know things come up – please try to give 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment so that we may fill your service provider’s time.
We require that all reservations be confirmed no less than 24 hours in advance. If your reservation is not confirmed within the 24-hour window, we will cancel your reservation and reach out to reschedule using your preferred method of communication.
With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented an updated cancellation policy. Any reservation cancelled or rescheduled less than the 24-hour window prior to the reservation could result in a 25% fee of the service. No call / no show reservations could be charged 100% the service fee for the time reserved. New clients will be blocked from future booking.
